Nice to see AA on the score sheet again after coming back from injury. I still think trading him is a bad idea (especially with his value being low right now). Makes no sense to move him at this point. My guess is he's going to heat up again. I do wonder how much better he would be under a different coach.

Was at Griffins last night. Nice 5-1 win over Texas Stars. Rasmussen with goal, and assist. Svechnikov with goal, 2 assists. Nice to see those guys putting up points. Svech is still an enigma to me at this point. When he's on he can really take over a game... would like to see more consistency with him.

Wings up 1-0, Marchand tries to baseball swing a puck out of the neutral zone, smokes Glenn’s right in the face on the follow through. Glenny’s down, Dan O’Halloran reffing his 1,500th game misses the call, Marchand skates into Wings zone, feathers to Krug , 1-1 game. Busha.

I would do it but not for the expected reasons.

While Dahlin is closer to the elite tier than Larkin, forwards provide more value than defenseman.

However, Dahlin is younger and under full contract control so it makes more sense long term for Detroit.

Dunkin' Dan O'Halloran has always hated the Red Wings and screws them any chance he gets. This goes back decades.
