unfortunately could be more than a few weeks, we’ll have to wait and see. but i don’t foresee the avs going after a forward regardless. yah, they were in on hall according to all reports, but they’re currently the highest scoring team in the league. more offense isn’t what they need for a deep playoff push imo.

if i were sakic, i’d be looking for a veteran stay at home d-man type player.

Is Bracco any good though? Leafs have brought up plenty of guys from the Marlies, but Bracco never makes the cut. Shouldn't that indicate that maybe he's not cut out for the NHL? Or they just think the team is small enough already?
