Ion, just ?, how much does being on Jack's line affect Rhino, is he still a 10-12 Top Winger, or is he a natural 2RW
- Buff36

Alot, no doubt.
And Sam contributes some to Eichel and Olo.

People jump to the conclusion that anybody can play with Jack and produces as much as Sam.
I don't agree. There is undenied chemistry between the two.

We’d have to win the lotto though to get Lucas. I would think he goes 3rd overall. However Stutzle is making a strong case for 3rd as well.

Not many German super stars in the league history I think only 3 I dont like those numbers lol

I’m a huge fan of Raymond, looks like Marner with a better shot.

Oh I agree, that's why I don't think Skinner is with them

Is Danny heatley really German the people don't put him in the history .

Who’s your 2c target for the Sabres in 2020/21?

Bonino and Haula, price pending of course.

I like Marco Rossi. The last Austrian we drafted in the top 10 worked out pretty well.

He’s got a lot of bite too. I don’t know if that would translate to the NHL but he’s the Brad Marchand of the OHL right now.

Keep cheering for Buffalo losses and we get closer to Rossi.

Welp you can put him top 3 in history then rather draft the Swedish who have had tons of players in the HOF

I mean how many kids from Arizona make the NHL ? Would that have been a deterrent from selecting Matthews ?

If the kid can play, he can play

I do look forward to all the draft comparables to Leon though just because they are both German even though they are completely different players.

When i see ppl wanting to trade our 1st this year it completely baffles me

Order of “untouchable” assets for us...
1- Eichel
2- Dahlin
3- Cozens
4- 2020 1st
5- UPL

- jdfitz77

I'm with you on this. Mitts/Nylander have skewed the thought process. People are projecting them on to everyone else.

Like drafting the Canadian kid over the German kid because there's a ton of Canadians in the HOF?

Isn't that deal essentially the Sabres 2020 1st for both Tuch AND Krebs?

That seems like an overpay on the return from Vegas, unless you don't think much of Tuch or Krebs.

Tuch this season
42 games played
8 goals
9 assists
17 points

Krebs + a 3rd liner is not nearly enough for a top10 pick in this draft

Krebs only on pace for around 20 goals this year
He’s nowhere near the prospect we’d get with our pick this year

I’m hoping it’s Krebs and Tuch for Risto.

Bonino makes too much sense.

I'm guessing this is the tdl move or draft day trade.
