Thank god the out of towner's been in their favour tonight.

Those were two winnable points but as Millen was saying, that was a pretty textbook Dallas game. Definite darkhorse in the west.

I know they were breakaways but we needed Andersen to shut his five hole. It's a constant weakness of his that other teams surely would have caught onto by now. In fact I would have just kept Campbell in for this game and let the two split the weekend. Not sure about that decision by Keefe.

Seriously, kicking an opponent with your skates is one of the dumbest thing you can do as a hockey player.

One guy did this in our beer league and got completely clobbered afterwards. So god damn dangerous.

Ben Bishop has been the best goalie over the last 2 seasons.
combined with the Star low event style...we see that snooze fest we got for the first 30 mins

The breakaways against are a product of the style the Leafs play. Bringing in one defenseman won't change that.

On the Stars 2nd goal, Matthews covered the point as the D-man pinched in. If, Matthews knocks it down, that goal doesn't happen. (Also, no, not blaming Matthews on that goal against)

It's been a weird season for us and there is still more than a quarter of the season left.

The game was close enough it could have gone either way.

What is annoying is when he has a decent game, people give him credit for stealing a game. He may have stolen a game or two this season, but more often than not, he is costing us a game.

There is no question that this team is lazy. They are too lazy to play a system or put in effort on defense on most nights. Add in bad goaltending and it is tough to see them going anywhere.

There is no reason at all that a team with this talent level is where they are in the standings, not even injuries are an adequate excuse.
