Weird...Kinda like Chalka doing well with trades early-When he had cap-space and was willing to mortgage that for better deals. Compared to no cap-space = no longer winning trades/simply being able to trade. You mean that kind of weird?

Ok I'll bite. Who's Chalka? A beautiful Russian model, perhaps? Pumping Mr. GM Chalka's tires weird? Huh? What exactly is "winning weird?" I think I agree with what you're saying but I have a headache after reading your post. Turns out Chalka is very attractive. But should she really be a weird GM of an NHL team? I guess it's no more weird than a young David Poile running around the Spectrum in 1966.
