Missed the game.
What were the lines?
I’m guessing the top 2 were
28/14/93
21/13/11
but curious what the bottom 6 was

It took a couple of years....but watching this team you get the sense that they have turned a corner. When they get the lead in the 3rd period, I’m a lot more confident on the win. New Coaching ? Young players contributing? A new GM who has fixed some of the lineup issues or at least improved them? All of the above.
All I know is that as a fan, I’m enjoying their resurgence.

Laughton and Pitlick bring a lot to this team on an every game basis. May have to resign Pitlick

Bringing in niskanen to help relieve pressure from provorov may have been chucks best acquisition yet, and I am a huge fan of the hayes signing, but you can see provorov developing better. Same with sanheim and even Myers.
I think our D corp is the type that either gets you a Stanley cup or gets you in the running for onw

I could see Pitlick and Hagg each getting two year extensions this offseason with the expansion draft the following summer.

25 - 38 (Grant) - 18
12 - 44 (Thompson) - 62

The new guys need time to learn the system and develop chemistry with new linemates.

I listened to it on the radio when I was driving and they brought up a stat that the Flyers are like 30-0-3 when they are tied or leading going into the third...that is just insane and a huge turnaround when the team would crumble...

Phil Myers is turning into an absolute star. The thought of what he can be with his size, physicality, speed, and shot..... I mean it’s limitless.

The sky is the limit with Myers, and that is exciting! And to think he was signed on a PTO for free. He would be a first round draft pick in a draft right now.
For all of the hexy hate you have to admit that hextall did Make some good moves for what little moves he made

Coming into town Thursday from Toronto to watch the Rangers game with my 3 sons .
Any ideas of where to go on a Thursday night ( sports bars, casino's, restaurants)
and any suggestions for a pre game bar before going to the game Friday.
Any info would be appreciated

As a Ranger fan we are excited about our own win last night, but considering we are 4 points back with 3 games in hand, are you guys ready for this epic 2nd round playoff series?

In all seriousness, the next 3 games with you is going to be fun. It's a shame Shesty got hurt because Shesty vs Hart has the potential to be one of the next great goalie rivalries for the next decade.

One sports bar I like, and they have two locations in Philly, is Misconduct Tavern. Big space, plenty of TVs, and the food is always good. Not sure how old your sons are, but another good drinking and food spot is Yards Brewing Co - you can also take a tour of the distillery! Pre game bar, you can't go wrong with Xfinity Live. It's across the street from the stadium and its massive with solid food options as well.

I always enjoy going to Victory Beer Hall in Xfinity Live for a pre-game bite and beer. As mentioned, right next to Wells Fargo center and loaded with fans before the game.

Hayes really has helped with balancing the lines, you can comfortabley put Hayes with TK and let G-Coots-Jake play together, teams have to defend both.

Has Laughton taken another step forward?

time for all the Laughton haters to own up and admit being wrong when they resigned him

Another good pre-game option is Chickie and Pete's. They used to have a shuttle to the stadium (naybe they still do).

Made even more exciting to me by watching he and Sanheim as a pair.

Those two have it all.
