I like Tampa as they has significantly better goaltending this year. I also choose Vegas as I think Vegas has a stronger team top to bottom and with Lehner has a goalie close to Tuuka Rask.
In all honesty, it would all come down to the refs on the Tampa/Washington series. If it is a tightly called game (completely opposite of last year's Tampa/Columbus series) then Tampa should win. If it is a loosely called game, Tamp has no answer to Tom Wilson....

I am guessing that the refs are in a dilemma every time those teams play each other. Generally those two teams get away with more than any other and get the most favorable officiating.
