I would think that it would be wise to set a max age restriction of 67years for example for a President to start his tenure.

I don't know that there would have to be a hard cap, I would just think that it's something people would think about (in a perfect world) that the stability of a country is dependent on stable leadership.

Also, and maybe this is just a me thing, but I think that being able to use a computer is a major indication of how in-touch with the modern world a person is.
