Hey dude...The last time the Flyers played Bruins in the playoffs...we went down 3 games to none...peeled off 3 wins in a row...then went INTO boston for Game 7. (sound familiar???)...

So we go down 3-0 in the first period...bruins fans going nuts...crazy...insane...

But Flyers aren’t chokers so JVR pops one in before the period ends...

Then...yadda yadda yadda...simogne gagne 3rd period PP goal...

Yadda yadda yadda bruins‘ fans eat sht.

We wrote the instructional manual on how to beat the bruins!!!

If you’re into the classics you can even YouTube Game 6 1974 Finals when we won our first cup...they had Orr and Espo and their whole superstar lineup.

F...that Bruins team was probably beating the Leafs by like 15-2...something like that.

I will die laughing if B plays T again!!!

Will Shanny have to admit that hiring a 16 year old to run hockey ops was a horrible idea??? Probably.

Sonny..this ain’t the Soo...your mommy’s calling you home for dinner...KD and diced wieners!!! Mmmmm

Flyers wrote the manual on beating Boston...they're 3-3 all-time in playoff series. 😂

Hard to measure the impact of the grey matter of millions of fans of other teams hitting the walls as their heads all explode at once.

It's hard to describe how much I hate people like this.

Do you count out your question marks and exclamation marks? Is it always three? Or do you pump it up to four or five for things that are really exciting?

Id do this.

See this NHL GM thing ain't so hard.

I think all GM's should be fired and trades should be made on HB.

- ImThatGuy

Done! I was willing to throw in Dermott if you also threw in a tasty draft pick.

Bracco, sadly, has turned into (poop).

What would Leafs need to add to get this deal done?
From Leafs side, happy to add a 1st and Johnsson.

Should probably throw in a couple 2nds, retain half of Nylander's salary and blow Cam Neely while you're at it.

I'd rather have 3.4M cap space than Johnsson. If we can leverage any trade value with him, you pull the trigger and you don't look back.

But not as part of a package with Nylander and a 1st for McAvoy.

I have said before that I think Matthews will bail on this team when he has the choice, and that I think he does not have the right personality and drive that the Leafs need (they already have this with their captain and to some extent Marner).

Obtaining the #1 pick would be interesting though. I think there would be an argument to keep the team together and trade the #1 pick to a team like the Habs who would possibly overpay. Adding players like Weber, Gallagher, Byron, Petry, etc. would probably push the Leafs to the cup.

...but then, as I said, they'd have a cup and no Lafreniere and Matthews will bail on them.

What are your thoughts about the withdrawal of US troops from northern Syria and what further actions the US fed could take to encourage economic growth?
