Coyotes are in a very good spot regarding the draft with Hall and the playoffs; but no way Hall is going to resign if you win the #1 overall pick.

The Devils already went down that road with him last years with the 1st overall pick. We then added PK Subban, Wayne Simmonds and Nikita Gusev all in part to get Hall to sign. Didn't even get close.

Also, Hall has very consistently said he wants to be in the playoffs and on a contending team. IF you get the first overall pick it because you bowed out of the playoffs in the play-in round. So not exactly helping the cause there.

No offense but it seems pretty unlikely Arizona can sign him. Cap crunch issues aside, Taylor Hall has seemed very intent on making it to free agency and picking where he wants to go.

Any bets if Pronger is on Tanners list ?
