Sedins will make it in before Alfi simply for the novelty of having twin brothers go in at the same time....neither one of them was as good a player as Alfredsson was

Personally, I'd like to think that the Sundin stick-toss mockery outweighs the novelty of a pair of alien clones playing hockey, but I may be mistaken.

Where are you getting you're numbers from? Everything was correct until you mentioned Alfredsson having more assists than Henrik. H Sedin has 117 more assists than Alfredsson in the NHL. I know international competition comes into play with the HHOF. Even with international play, I cannot imagine that number being a +200 in Alfredsson's favor.

Quite right... I meant 80Pts more than Henrik, not 80A. I corrected my earlier post accordingly, but the general point still stands. In fact, you made me realize that I forgot to include a comparison of things like WC, Olympics, and NHL Playoffs, which in terms of both GP and performance only further clarify why Alfredsson should be in the HHOF well ahead of the Sedins.

Daniel Alfredsson
WC - 58GP, 19G, 27A, 46Pts, 0.79PPG
Olympics - 26GP, 13G, 14A, 27Pts, 1.04PPG
NHL Playoffs - 124GP, 51G, 49A, 100Pts, 0.81PPG

Henrik Sedin
WC - 37GP, 9G, 12A, 21Pts, 0.57PPG
Olympics - 12G, 3G, 3A, 6Pts, 0.50PPG
NHL Playoffs - 105GP, 23G, 55A, 78Pts, 0.74PPG

Daniel Sedin
WC - 32GP, 9G, 14A, 23Pts, 0.72PPG
Olympics - 18G, 3G, 9A, 12Pts, 0.67PPG
NHL Playoffs - 102GP, 25G, 46A, 71Pts, 0.70PPG
