The reason for my post is that we never trot out our best players on the PK even in a season when we had a bottom 5 PK in the league.

Why Reinhart and Eichel never saw more Pk time was beyond me.

I’m boarding plane trade both.

It’s time to see if Borgen can play, and Miller and Jokiharju can handle top 4 min.

eichel has been on the ice shorthanded for a number of years...usually with around :20 seconds left...

that said, eichel should be on the ice whenever possible

I honestly can’t remember ever seeing Reinhart on a PK ever.

overall i loved the product w/o fans...liked the tarp on the seats, the limited piped in noise, the telecast and camera angles...

I'm fine with using him sparingly there. Last thing the sabres need is Eichel taking a clapper off the boot and breaking his foot

There is no sample size. He may not have anything to offer but we won’t know until we try.

Can’t get any worse then what we put out there this year.

He’s good at taking angles and using his stick in traffic and deflecting pucks. I’d like to see it

His best attribute 5v5 on the Eichel line is his ability to get pucks off the boards in our own zone to start the transition game.

I’d like to see our PK chip more pucks out of our zone instead of taking the pucks out out of our own net after a goal

he's also pretty slow to the puck and can't win one-on-one battles much less hold his own two-on-one...

now, do i think he'd be a trainwreck?...nope...but at best i don't think he adds anything

Every game in this series is going to be 7-6 scores

Both teams don’t know how to defend if their lives depended on it.

I thought the oilers would have gone with Koskinen due to KHL playoff success

Johan Larsson should be the Oilers #1 target this offseason. Jesper Fast should be their 2nd

Reinhart can't win one-on-one battles?

The Oilers have 2 of the top 5 NHL forwards in the league and score tons of goals but it does not matter if you cannot defend.

Exhibit A on why having players who can defend like Johan Larsson matter. It would also help if Mike Smith could make a few saves to make his coach look good.
