Chicago and Montreal final (The two 12th seeds)would have the rest of the league melting down, therefore I will wish for that.

I hav zero issue with him sitting for a game or 2 and us giving Sikura/Kurashev a look with Cat and Dach

I’d be surprised if Sikura doesn’t get a shot. If not him then Hagel.

Let's do the Q method and keep the lines together on a win. Even Nederland/Nylanded , yes I know. How about Kubi?

My amazement is you and Ogie agreeing on something and turned positive.

Our vets and our youngest team in the playoffs can do some damage, Vets something to prove along with the energy of the youngsters!

Most importantly if this is playoff hawkey we got our first win since 2016 and it feels like 2013 when everyone steps up on the short season. Last 2 games look like fire. Alot of hawkey to be played but we can't count these guys out. What a great mix!

I miss Seabs, he always starts strong as F and tails off. He might have been a huge asset in this tourney.

Hey Ogi,
Agreed, because we are playing for our lives while the others play chess. In my eyes this is round 1. We will have momentum. 2 more, maybe we get out of the West if we're strong enough. The it's a 7 game series. Remember hawkey is all about momentum.

- pdx2ord

Hmmm really? Doesn't this fall under incidental contact since Ennis lowered his head as Caggiula came in for the check. But I'm sure he'll miss a game since the NHL enforces things ass backwards

Really, Neal? Not that it changes anything, but pk needs to clean up.
- I Am The Breadman

Hey B-Man,

Hope all is well with you!

Look out for Neal, he's always been a Hawks killer, any team. He's the antagonist here like it or not, to our story. Keep him away.

Talk soon.

Man when is actual hockey going to be allowed? It's a fast game. That hit was not intentional. Ennis is small and tucked in. Honestly, I agree review and punish intentional head hits. Imagine if we had played by all the same rules since they were instated.

Just remeber when hockey was hockey. Everyone got hit, clean or not. Especially if you laid a hit you get one back. If you hit a superstar you get hit. Either the same or at least still get hit.

I miss this kind of hockey, Fair is fair. And no, I'm not vadymeer crazy but a clean hit for a clean hit is still needed.

In slow motion, in a split second Ennis lowered his head, Caggiula was just trying to get a piece of him can't help it Ennis lowered his head at the same time contract was being made

Either way, the hit was a great hit. You have to hit that guy. How else are you supposed to hit someone that short? Fall down? I agree with you

People saying Nylander and Dcat had bad games I didn't see that. Thought Nylander played pretty good and Dcat had some problems but he still had a couple of good chances. I could see him break out and put in a few goals soon. What I like about Dcat was at one point he made a bad give away but worked his butt off to get the puck back.
I think if Nylander and Dcat are considered weak links on the Hawks were in great shape.
