No. They are weak willed overpaid bums. Team is top heavy and has no d depth. Very predictable.

I get how the Leafs are trying to play but sometimes you maybe just gotta not control a zone entry when you're passing it to Kerfoot on a 1on4, and maybe when you have a 3-0 lead you try to pinch less and support defensively in the neutral zone a bit more.

And the no look between the legs stuff, what's up with that? There's 4 players who should be allowed to do that on the team.

It's actually possible for the Leafs to bounce back and win tonight. They're not playing the 76/77 Habs.

Leafs implode yet again.
Anyone surprised hasn’t been paying attention.
Maybe dressing a bunch of scrubs and calling them your defence was a bad idea.
Nothing to fret about, nobody will be held accountable.

Adding what I said in the Columbus post to this new Leafs post......And I want my Leafs to make the playoffs but they are also being set up to lose so they will draw the 1st pick and if they don't draw the pick and have lost to Columbus then I am jumping off the Leafs band wagon....I haven't missed a game since Matthews and the other Young Guns came aboard and even bared through their losing ways but enough is enough, paying out Millions and Millions and get knocked out of the first round of every playoffs so trade the most of them keeping only Matthews, Reilly, Robertson, Sandin, Campbell, Muzzin, Kerfoot and Nylander and get a pile of gutsy low paid players....all the others are not showing their worth....if Nylander was getting paid more his name wouldn't be here either.....disgusting that they let that game go last night same as always

They're done. Columbus knows it. They played 2 periods of great hockey in 3 games, that is all.

Crazy talk! They can't win a game! Let alone two in a row!

The leafs honestly shouldn't have let this go 5 games but whatever. It's the leaf way. Make it harder than it needs to be.

It's not the Leaf way until they blow a 3 goal lead in the 3rd of the deciding game tbh

Series is far from over.
Aspirations of of a cup run however are nothing more than a pipe dream.

Well if Columbus knows it then that settles it. Leafs might as well start golfing now.

They are going to win tonight, because losing on Sunday will be even more soul-crushing.

You didn't see the sarcasm...

I'm confident they can/will still make a run.

Nah. I have faith the Leafs will win this series. Not because I believe the Leafs are great. I just don't buy the Columbus hype. Truth is the Leafs are not as good as they looked in game 2. They're not as bad as they looked in the 3rd period of game 3. They're likely the team we saw in game 1. They just need to capitalize on their scoring chances.

even though most of you putz's can't see it....

I see progress even thru defeat. They are palyng better overall, &
problably don't lose that game with Muzzin in there.

It's painful, but it's the process - when they win the Cup it will
be even sweeter boys. They've been learing...it's just about time
to turn the corner now. Not saying even if they beat CLB they'll win
the cup...most likely not...but they are very, very close.

A bit more solid D will put them over the top

I saw a question on twitter...out of the 10 periods..the Leafs were better in 6-7 of them overall.

i mean, if you look at it from both sides

I agree. If Muzzin played they wouldn't have blown that lead. Playoffs are all about highs and lows. This series is far from over. To quote one of the Indiana Jones movies (can't recall which one)...

"You lost today kid. But that doesn't mean you have to like it."
