Watch the Hedman play again. He puts a forearm on Atkinson's hip, and pushes. There was no wrap around. Good defensive play and better no call from the ref.

I watched it a few times and from the trailing angle it looks bad. From the other angles, it looks like a good (non)call.

There was no hooking, no tripping, and no holding. Hedman pushed him.

I thought Hedman had left his arm around Atkinson for a sec, enough to slow him down, then took it away. The move of a sly veteran D. In a regular season game, I would have thought that is definitely a penalty.

If consistency is to be considered and with all the ticky tacky stuff that gets called these days I thought to call a penalty was a no brainer. Having said that, I thought it was a great defensive play.
