Thomas Townsend: 2020 NHL Draft - Blue Jackets

My guess, he goes for a NA in the first round (or a European having played on NA ice) then will fall back on Europeans. Sometimes European prospects will look good on larger ice surfaces but once they play the quicker game here it can become overwhelming for them.

My first round guess, Holloway, Lapierre or Jarvis.

The 2020 NHL Draft will take place virtually over a period of two days, with Round 1 beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, October 6. Rounds 2-7 will follow the next day, beginning at 11:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 7.

My suspicion as well, apart from a few exemplars we haven't had too much luck with Europeans in the high rounds. The solid ones we did pick up feel like they all came in the third or lower

Don’t think Lundell would be available beyond pick 12, if he even lasts that long.
FL would (should) select him if he’s still there.
Zito bringing Geoffrion to FL as his AGM. Gregory Campbell joining FL as VP of player personnel development.

Looks like Zito is cleaning the CBJ house !! Hope Jarmo has qualified "next men up" to fill those slots.
