.....So because Radulov showed up in important games that excuses his off ice stuff, but because Matthews has yet to have postseason success, his off ice stuff still counts?

Is that what you're saying here? That post-season success makes the other stuff not matter any more?

- BINGO!

He stated a sh!tty opinion, but literally cannot ever admit that he was wrong. So now he will double down for infinity.

Comprehensive reading isn't your strength.
I said one night out isn't a character issue - and if it were more than one night out, it never affected his play. In other words: going out for drinks doesn't translate to character issues.

Then I proceeded to state that examples of real character issues are the antics of Matthews and keefe

Your extreme poor judgement and idiotc comments is an example of poor character.

You are the only one with poor character being mentioned here.

Apparently ARZ is sitting on an offer in the late teens/early twenties on Kuemper.

And ARZ are trying hard to deal OEL. They want a budget under 70M.

There's so much randomness to sports. There is no winning formula.

You just ice a good team for as many years as possible.

- Leafs43

Nah, we missed the window on the Blues’ model. We need to decide soon between Stars and TBL. Thank God we didn’t get sucked into Isles’ model. GM’ing is hard c

Imagine not including pick #58 in that draft everyone should throw up in their mouth a little at that one.
- Izzo

There was a list of rules to go with that, feel like one of them made that pick a non thing. I didn't really read it to much. Just skimmed through the picks quick, threw up my lunch and went on with my day.

Radulov’s one night is just “one night,” but Matthews’ one night is a “character issue.” And the stuff with Keefe was 20 years ago.

Pietrangelo might be a Leaf soon....

Doesn't look good in STL as Dregs reported he thinks they are already at 8AVV at an unknown term.

VGK and TOR the top contenders now.

Willy for Petro's rights and Robert Thomas.

and whatever else.

Because doing something incredibly stupid like trading Nylander for the right to speak to a guy 3 weeks early would be the leafiest thing ever?

Absurd.

I like it.

With Petro, it’s kinda got a similar feel to when we knew Tavares was coming. It’s just a matter of time now.

Lol..

I remember when I was the only one bumping Nylander trades, now it’s all the rage

Since I’m literally always right, I’m telling you’s, NO ONE WANTS NYLANDER. Especially on that contract. They will never get what the perceive to be fair value for him, they’ll have to retain half his salary or something.

Been saying it since last season since they traded for the fool; why is this bum Fisher still on the Jays roster?

Roger will be along shortly to tell you he is worth an early first in 2021 + a can't miss blue-chip prospect + a solid top 6 winger and a second round pick in 2022.

Nobody wants a 24 year old 30 goal scorer, who is signed for 5 more years at less dollars than his cap hit.

With all due respect, that's ridiculous.

I have all the respect for the people on here with their own little claim to fame that is so far off from centre they can die on that hill being their own little unique hot take in the event it ever happens, I love that they stick with it even though pointing out the absurdity of that claim is the only thing that unites any other posters. I'm all about sticking to your guns. But this one is ridiculous.

Nylander is not waiver fodder, and the leafs are not having to retain salary to get rid of him. No team in this league 'gives up' on high drafted 24 year old players who have scored 30 in this league to that extent... Ever. Him not being traded is not evidence no one wants him, that's like suggesting no one wants Mikko Rantanen.

Kessel, Seguin... These highly talented kids that were moved by that point? It took a plethora of off ice issues to make the team want to move them, and even then teams were lining up...

some day people will realize that the best team rarely wins the cup.

The stuff that Max says about Keefe still makes me laugh.. Max prefers Radulov over Matthews because Radulov is a European player that wanted to bail on Nashville to make Poile look bad
