Habs need a LH Petry. not Edmonston. Hell I prefer Kulak over Edmonston. he showed more offense in a month than Yoel did the past 4 years.
- fidopro

Funny because when comparing F like Domi and Danault, you keep reminding everyone that it's not all about the offense... but yet when it comes to actual defensemen, offense matters again?

And also, Edmundson had 7 goals and 20 points to Kulak's 7 assists this season.... so yeah, offense!

No, apparently because of Price and Weber, ALL we need are scorers. Defensemen? Gotta score. Forwards? Gotta score lots AND be defensively responsible.

Kulak can't score that's why he doesn't have any children

I like the moves too BUT we couldn’t score in the playoffs and those 2 moves do not solve that. There is still plenty of time for that to be fixed though
- Karine Hains

i would love to see them sign Mike Hoffman. he's not an out of reach target for Montreal and he brings exactly what they lack: a trigger man.

There will be a lot of interest in Hoffman. Montreal has the cap space so they have the room to overpay

By "Trigger man" Do you mean a player that triggers others?

All reports are of him not being a great shower guy. Pete Won'T like this.

No big UFA's... use the trade chips you have accumulated and get the player(s) you need without getting into a monetary bidding war over Hoffman

the Trigger Man doesn't give any warnings, that's what makes him successful

Ok but now you will have to deal with a wild chicken with PTSD.

Good luck.

People think somehow that Bergevin has a lot of assets now to make a big splash. Like all his late picks and superstars like Byron and Mete.
