Well yeah I'd guess he costs the leafs 1st...The potential is there and he has a great cap hit next season.

They could ice a pretty damn good lineup with 2.5M to their goalies.

Plenty of 1 year options in FA this offseason as well.

I would gamble on Demko. Cory Schneider cost the 9th overall pick (which got them Horvat) and he had played 108 total games, including playoffs. Demko has played 41 total games. Maybe the 15th overall is enough? Maybe a slight add to that. I think I would rather use that 15th for Demko instead of drafting Askarov.

If they do go after and get Demko. I think Andersen and Johnsson are moved for picks and prospects..

I'd think Dubas would look for a player with term at F.

Use the Money advantage with Freddy and Andersen to get a good contract at forward.

Demko is 24 and fits better with the leafs window.

Goalies take 5-7 years to become a good.

15th overall would make sense I think.

No way he is worth a top 10 pick in this draft...But 15th overall is decent value.
