Other good thing is that they can possibly sign him to a bridge deal to keep that defensive group strong in front of him. - matt1337
Wonder if he'd accept a 3x3M deal right now....
If he flops next year Seattle still may be interested in taking him off out hands if we wanted to bail on it. The gamble on him is if he can handle consistent starts, not talent.
3M for a starter the next 3 years would help the leafs tremendously.

talent was always there though.
Its worth it if they can use that extra cap space to add some good players. - Santo_44
I'm not against the idea, if it pans out it's great.. It's the risk they'd be taking. Jonathan Bernier still haunts me.. So I'd be a bit hesitant, but I do like the idea

I would gamble on Demko. Cory Schneider cost the 9th overall pick (which got them Horvat) and he had played 108 total games, including playoffs. Demko has played 41 total games. Maybe the 15th overall is enough? Maybe a slight add to that. I think I would rather use that 15th for Demko instead of drafting Askarov. - matt1337
No way Askarov falls to 15th.
Ironically, the Canes will probably nab him at 13th because that would be super Leafy.

Bernier is also 6'0 and Demko is 6'4. Completely different scenario. Sooner or later, guys will figure out how to score on a shorter goalie easily.

Need classic rock songs ideas from you guys
Mostly 70'stuff, some 60's stuff or even 80's if it now a classic.
No, this has nothing to do with a bracket. Putting together a list to play while at a golf tournament next Sunday, so will need quite a few... just want to know if I missed anything
By way of thanks, I will give you this little gem (NSFW, lots of lingerie). This woman is Smokin!

I mean, just put on tons of Stones, Zepplin and Hendrix. What else do you need?

I honestly haven't seen much of this on Twitter - I've been following the threads talking about how the Leafs may change the fabric softener they use for washing their practice jerseys.
It's #2 on Twitter right now. - Atomic Wedgie
Yes I bumped this from page 1.
Just to say (frank) fabric softener, I don't believe in that poop.

Random fact(?): They're supposedly linked to infertility.
"Could it be that you're hurting your fertility every time you do the laundry? Yep. Some fabric softeners, laundry detergents, and dryer sheets contain xenohormonesâsubstances not found in nature that negatively interfere with hormone production."

They also (frank) with technical wicking fabrics, which I wear a lot of, and make you sweat more. And it's less money and hassle and my clothes are plenty soft. I don't think it is necessary.
