Non-conformists usually conform with other non-conformists. The irony is a part of it, I think.

I don't got a subscription to the athletic but for those who do-

You should. Well worth it.

If there's one thing that the COVID-related shutdown of sports showed us, it's that the strong sports writers would survive and flourish, and the ones who relied on game summaries and meaningless quotes would suffer.

Some of the writing in the Athletic has been excellent.

And Down Goes Brown is a national treasure.

I don't shave. I trim. I got sensitive skin, 'cause I'm a delicate little flower.

By shaving I mean I use a Philips electric razor without A height guard thingy. Leaves a sexy ass stubble, you peasant.

The athletic is great. I split it with a Buddy and it’s 15$ a year or something like that.

I spend 15$ an a lot of uselsss stuff and the athletic isn’t one of them

Anyways that article was interesting...wants a big signing bonus in one of the last 2 years of is contract in case he gets bought out.

And wants a NMC which Armstrong has never given out...sounds a lot like Lou

The leafs simply have an advantage to give whatever structured deal he would want. Will be interesting that’s for sure.

maybe you should consider broadening your horizons. there is far from a scientific consensus on this. if anything, the science is pointing to this is not the risk many thought it was back in March.

This completely scientific information does not fit the narrative that is being force fed to us. Therefore, it's completely ok to ignore science in this particular case. This completely scientific information should be completely ignored, and people who even dare look at it, should be labelled tin-hat wearing conspiracy theorists... The science that does fit the narrative though should absolutely be accepted without any cross-checks whatsoever and whomever dares question it, should be labeled anti-science, and a far-right nut case.

Depending on the cost yes.

I’ve also mentioned trading for Demko and using the year to figure out if trading Willy or Marner is needed or just to have a year to get the best deal possible.

Leafs don’t have any unmovable contracts. Plenty of options to figure it out. And it’s out of our pay grade to figure them out.

My 5x8.5 prediction is looking strong. Give him a NMC and signing bonus the (frank) out of it however he likes.

Just send the Blues Kerfoot and Lilly for Petros rights and Bozak (50% retained)

Let’s get this show on the road.

I’d give him whatever he’s worth on the open market.

The leafs could use the current 4th best D In the NHL(17th best after the Leafs sign him)

He confirmed what Dreger said on Friday.

He’s going to Free Agency, but he didn’t rule out re-signing with the Blues.

Ah man, you should read some of the comments on Twitter. Apparently he’s not even the 3rd best player on the team. And isn’t the difference maker we all think.

Some Blues fans are going full Islanders fans. Some, most weren’t. They’re more civilized than Isles fans.

Pietrangelo believes that many overplayed the notion that he will remain a Blue because his wife is from St. Louis and they now have four children who they won’t want to uproot.

“Yep,” he said. “I think maybe people thought that we’d be willing to do what we had to do to keep the family here. But I’ve always said I’ve got a strong wife and she keeps me going in the right direction. I’m lucky that she and I can go through this thing together because she’s been nothing but supportive.

“We sat down and did our homework on our own and have gone through scenarios, teams that we think can maybe accommodate us and teams that we think are competitive and teams that we think would be willing to raise a family in. It’s not a very fun thing to do when your heart is somewhere, but unfortunately, it’s just the situation we’re in.”

Oh, well I use the guard thingy and make it longer than just stubble. Don't want any unnecessary skin irritation.

Plus, I also look worse clean shaven than I do with a short beard.
