The Pens aren't as rich at LW as they were considering, like you said, McCann will probably play center. Simon is likely not retained. Tanev is playing RW on the 4th. Marleau is gone.

Probably not if Kap can play the left half-wall on the PP, although it's less than ideal to have so few RH shots on the team.

Our PP before Kessel was very good, under Reirdon which Sid said he loves the way he ran the PP. So hopefully it's a bit better next year under Reirdon again.

It will be interesting to see what they do. Unless they move at least some of JJ's salary off the books they're going to have very little money to fill out the lineup. I know they want to get younger, but IMO if they can grab Kovy and Ryan for what they have left I'd take the gamble.
