the rangers already have a top line center in Zibby, who you could argue is as good as eichel offensively right now, and I would argue has a better overall game.....and he's half the price in terms of cap. yes, Eichel is younger, but zibby is still pretty young too.

if I were the Rangers, I wouldn't even give up Lafreniere for Eichel (who has the potential to be just as good) let alone throw in all those other pieces, AND take on his 10 mil salary.

All this is, is the beginning part of what will happen by this time next year unless the Sabres are in the playoffs.

the east is pretty strong. I think buffalo is a better team the the results they had last year, but they wont be getting an atlantic spot as TB, Bos, Tor are locks
