I think the answer is that Hall wants them to play together based on what he said, and we know that Ralph wants them to play together. The only question is Eichel, who im guessing would say "yes, I would like to play with the best winger the Sabres have had in 30 years"

Don’t the Chiefs have like no cap? Also what do they need Bell for? They already have CEH. And I don’t see Le’Veon Bell wanting to be a back up. That doesn’t make any sense to me honestly. The Bills....that’s scary

This is a very hot take, but I think running backs are created by the system, and they're largely interchangeable. McCaffrey's replacement is doing better than him.

With the exception of an absolute unit of a man like Henry, I'm starting to think running backs don't matter.

I dont think Bell would make the Bills running game that much better. Their o line is fine in protection but not set up for the run

i think the Bills would make the most sense to Bell BUT Miami looks like they're willing to do a 2 year contract for him. Buffalo probably wouldn't do that.

Running backs do matter, the issue is that teams use premium assets or cap space on them.

As good as Saquon Barkley is, he is not good enough on his own to win teams games.

A Left Tackle, Pass Rusher, or CB would effect total team performance more and be worth the 2 OA pick (apart from taking a QB of course).

I'll be clearer because I meant that as a sarcastic, flippant remark.

What I really mean is that a system designed for the run is going to make a running back look really good. I dont think the Bills are really set up to be a run team, so I don't think a different running back would make a huge difference
