I could go out onto the street and get someone with that number. Vegas knew it too - that's why they went out and got someone better (who put up much better numbers in front of the same team). That was .08 less than his career average. Old goalies don't get good again.

It's not uncommon at all. Look at the older goalies currently in the league.

Told you to take the Dolphins but what do I know.

I’ll double down and say the Dolphins win by 15+

90% of my group took them.

He played good in the playoffs when his number was called and still had 5 shutouts this year. His salary is just bad for 30 to 40 games.

Source? Sure you can find a few guys that played better at the end of their careers. Almost all of them didn't had a ton of tread on the tires. And remember, we're not talking about a guy that we take a flyer on for league minimum. If he continues his downhill slide (as older plays generally do) then there is no escape hatch. I wouldn't take that risk just to get rid of Okposo (let alone the absurdity of giving up a first).

Wouldn’t we be getting a first for taking Fleury?

Drew lock is very average, even before that int. Like Lindsay a lot. Denver D has been great. 6 fgas - have to score tds. Denver is going to blow this game

He had a 90.5%, its not like he posted an 86%

Trade Hutton straight up for Fleury. Vegas gets some cap space and you get the flower.

Lock made one bad throw, then his WR’s dropped 6 passes including the 2nd INT

I’m not worried just yet.

The OC not running the ball there blows my mind though.

Lock has had some bad luck today, his WR's are letting him down.

Not sure why the Sabres would want to do them a favor like that

Yes. But its not accurate to say older goalies to get better aka improve their stats.

I'd take two years of fleury and ullmark rather than having okposo on the team.

That's not nearly inticing enough for the sabres to take on a 7 million goalie.

That would cost vegas a 1st round pick to do that

Thank you pegullaville. Great D performance. Lock hand that one nice passed dropped, but if Allen went 10-24 with 2 ints, the Board would be insane. He also needs to work on his pocket presence- a couple of bad sacks where he just needs to throw the ball away

Wasn't really saying anything about that, and Tim Thomas comes to mind
