Hard to turn down two 1st round picks for a 31 year old, though. For a rebuilding team. I think they'd really consider that offer. You get a 24 year old top line winger and 2 1sts for a guy who's got 2-3 years left of his prime. Maybe 4, since he plays a soft game.

If I were the Hawks, I would absolutely pull that trigger.

Why wouldnt they? They are rebuilding, Moving out Toews, Kane and Keith gives them huge cap flex.
