The cookbook Henry Hill wrote is great. Full of anecdotes about his life, Goodfellas, and amazing legit Italian American recipes. Great for the kitchen or just to read.

Can't go wrong. The reason there is so much food in Goodfellas is Hill really was deeply into cooking his whole life, it's really good.

Well I hated dubas but I like what he has done this offseason.

I am not sure if that was enough to overtake Boston and Tampa bay but it’s a start. At least he is adapting.

Not sure about his draft with many midgets again though

Ceci will be fine, if you put him in between 2 actual defensemen..

Hopefully he's learning while he goes along. As much as the supporting cast matters, it's also important to surround young millionaires with good role models.

That’s why trading away Marleau was a huge mistake. He should have said to MM look, I want Marleau around. You’ll get your chance to make money later but losing your mentor at this point isn’t just acceptable. If you don’t want to sign at discount, sign for 1 year and let’s do this again next year.

I mean we could have drafted Jarvis, if nothing else

After Nylander held out and got most of what he was after, AM and MM weren't taking discounts. One year or otherwise.

Hawking was very overrated...spent most of his academic life trying to prove it was possible to travel back in time. Finally admitted he was wrong. And from what i understand...just a complete jackass in real life. Probably was a leafs habs or canucks fan I’m guessing...the absolute royalty of jackass hockey fans.

I would argue Nylander is earning his keep.

MM... not so much right now.

It feels like teams know how to play him especially in games that matters. A lot of times he makes his magic by drawing defenders to him but teams are just holding their defenders back and have him come. More often than not he loses his puck trying to beat defenders then.

In my Elliotte Friedman voice...

I'm wondering if Corey Perry is waiting for the Leafs to clear cap space so he can sign the same contract Wayne Simmonds did.

- gergeswillems

As much as I like Jumbo, I think Perry would have be a better addition. I think Jumbo will bring a lot to the table though.
