Where does the Dermott slot for term and money?? Being at least to my mind more accomplished than soup and D being more valuable than F’s plus younger.

I think he’d be looking at Wayne / Joe & Bogo All being gone after next yr. So that could free up some cake going forward.

Dermott slides in under the 1.3 ..hopefully leaving a little spare change for add ons.

Next summer will be much of the same. Old vets out ...new vets in. Big issues next summer are Hyman and Andersen. Today, I'd guess they try hard to get Hyman locked up and they'll have to move on from Freddy.

Send them down where exactly? Pretty hard to see how AHL does a season without fans and having them nit play would be horrible. Sandin they might be able to loan to a European team if that can be worked out but I think Robertson has to be on the Leafs playing every day.

Instead of saving 400K this year he chose to save cap next year.

You are very unrealistic if you think Mikheyev should of got less. But you always are so.

Marner/Matthews/Nylander/Mik/Kerfoot/Vesey//Brodie/Reilly/Dermott/Hyman are all above average skaters
JT/Muzzin/Holl/Boyd are average
Thornton/Spezza/Bogosian are below average.
