As a cheesesteak man myself (live in Philly, from Buffalo) if you can afford it have them put a little mayo on it (Pat's/Gino's won't do it, but any pizza shop will). It will change your life!

I love your blogs, Paul.

Penn Station is a great place. Horrible basement style architecture, all fluorescent lights and relatively low ceilings for a public place. But it's magic. Once you reach there, the sedentary spell of the train ride is broken, and you join a crowd of people of all walks of life and all colors engaging in the most American of pursuits - maniacally hustling towards their goals. And over it all they have classical music.

Regarding cheesesteaks, it is 'wiz wid', not the other way around usually, or you can just wait for the guy to ask you wid or widdout?

Regarding mayo, words fail me, so I will refrain.
