Brian Sickles: Ranking The Retro Jerseys

The Caps retro jersey is great. Top 3, if not number 1. I really like the screaming Eagle. Very cool jersey.
The Avs/Nordiques looks sharp, really like that one, as well.
The Panthers retro kicks ass because the original logo (and the stick/palm tree shoulder patch) are back. The original Cat blows away the new “zoo-sign”crest. The topper may be the new gold they use looks so much better with the navy blue than the old yellow hue looked. This is by far the best of all blue jerseys the Panthers have used.

Wow, if somebody is paying you for these rankings you should return the money

@Ratsreign Thanks for the comment! I am reading the Florida Jersey is supposed to be pretty parallel in a lot of ways to the one they wore when they made the Stanley Cup in 95-96. I do also like the patch!

Yes, it’s the 96 jersey with red and blue reversed. The same thing they did as a third Jersey shortly after moving to Sunrise in 98 or 99. Lol, they sucked so much, but always seemed to win when wearing the third jersey...so eventually it became the primary for a few years. Only real change color wise is they’re using the same gold shade as the new uniforms use, instead of the original bright yellow gold

The caps Jersey does look good. Habs blue looks good too...

Here's the thing about the Caps - they kinda already went to the retro look a couple of seasons ago! I like their normal sweaters with the stick. The Eagle? It’s better than a bunch of these for sure, but meh...

Impartially, Av's was the best, with Canes in 2nd. With Bias, I love the Devs Green Jerseys.

I absolutely am an Ottawa fan.... I think the only one who hates the new jerseys lol

The ones that stuck out to me were: Colorado, Carolina, Montreal, St Louis, Minnesota, LA, Chicago, NJ


Toronto and Anaheim are abominations
