Followed closely by TD opening his wallet to bring Forslund back to the broadcast booth.

Trade for Kuemper or Andersen!!

to Yotes> Reimer + Fleury,
To Canes> Kuemper + Hayden

or:
To Toronto > Kuemper + Fleury
To Canes> Andersen + Toronto 4th
To Yotes> Reimer + Canes 3rd

Secondary scoring is still an issue. Trochek, Necas, Neidereitter, and Dzingel all have something to prove before they're 100% trustworthy in their roles.

Totally agree. I would say it's just not the most pressing issue, in my opinion.

Goalies are voodoo. I am good with our goalies. They made saves when we needed them too.

To me, we lost more games when our 2nd line scoring fell off the cliff.

2 of Dzingel, Gardiner, Nino, and Trocheck performing at expectations will put us higher in the standings.

Dzingel- 40ish points, 20-25 goals
Gardiner 30-40 points
Nino- 45 points, 20-25 goals
Trocheck- 45-50 points, 20 goals.

Secondary scoring like Staal, Martinook, McGinn, etc not being low PPG players would help too.

While folks have said its goaltending that is our issue for a decade, its been our lack of 2 scoring lines with secondary scoring that has done us in. Hopefully with very little turnover this off-season , we’ll see a more cohesive unit and less WTF plays that put our goalies in bad spots.
