We need someone that can play with everyone, and is elite. Marion Gaborik, I agree Dan, was by far our most talented offensive player we have ever had. However, he was a diva, and couldn't play with everyone. And like you said, played on a defense minded team that didn't let him shine. We need a player that can play his game, and the rest of the team follows. Never had him

Greatest need is cap space. This team needs a big change and the only way can happen is to ship out good players for picks/prospects. Dumba, Brodin, Spurgeon, Zuccerello should all be on the trading block to create cap space and gain some young prospects. Parise and Suter are essentially un-tradable, however, both have shown promise so who cares. Keep them and trade the others for some serious futures.
