One of my most memorable moments was being at the 1993 game 5 Stanley Cup Final Playoff games in the Montreal Forum. I was fortunate that I was able to attend every 1993 playoff games that were held that year with the exception of two games. My father had a stroke and was in critical condition in the hospital, so I forgo going to those two games. I was in the standing room only for all the games and for game 5 we were packed and stacked in the standing room area. It was amazing.. once the game was over we ran back to the car and headed back over the bridge to the south shore so we could avoid all the crowds and the unfortunate after effect in downtown Montreal. The cops were lined up and ready for what craziness was about to occur. Truly a very emotional game. I was also fortunate to attend the parade in 1993 like i did in 1986 and 1979. Go HABS Go !!!!
