I made a bucketload of buffalo chicken wings last night, with homemade blue cheese dipping sauce, and fresh cut fries. First batch came out at 11:58pm. First bite, 12:01. Beers and more beers. Then for dessert, my daughter made double fudge sea salt cookies, baked to perfection. The kid can bake. This was an early 2021 highlight for me that will be tough to beat. I almost exploded. Slept till 11, which I never do.
