I will not tolerate Bryan Little slander.
He only did 3 things wrong in his entire career:
1: turning 30, as all players do
2: Stralman
3: being a shoot first player on a line with other shooters

If Little doesn’t get his spine shattered by f*ckin Stralman, and Maurice keeps the best line in 2.0 history together (Perreault-Little-Ehlers), it’s likely that he’s still a very good forward, and the Jets are a powerhouse offensively.

I agree Rexy. (except for the PLE line being the best). I will add a few points:
4: even in the past few years he was paid as opposed to overpaid. 5.5m/year was going rate for 50-60pt centermen
5: not his fault he was not a #1 Center, he was an excellent #2C guy that could have played that position on at least half the other teams in the league
6: the jets would be a better team with him in the lineup

You have now shortened Lowry’s unreal 2017-18 to half a season, which doesn’t make sense, and is yet another moving of the goalposts

AH Rexypoo. Lowry only played 45 games that year, Are you really going to argue with Ultimate over 4 extra games?

It was a great year from him, and if he continued to put up numbers like that nobody would/should be complaining about him as 3c. Problem is it's becoming clear that was his career year.

Even you have to admit the Jets would be better off running a 3rd line centered be Copp and some scoring punch with players like Roslovic and Appleton. Then put Lowry as a 4c to kill penalties take a defensive faceoff and matchup with the other teams 1c for the occasional shift.

I would like to add:

4) Centering a line with two young players that weren't the best defensively one of which he had poor chemistry with.

Little was a solid player for this team and was missed a lot last season, had he been healthy the Jets are 3rd in the division and the overall defensive issues wouldn't of been as bad.
Best of luck to Litts with his health, really sucks his career was cut short.

It should absolutely be on just that.
Which is why you need to know about sustainability. Cody Eakin shooting double his usual percentage for 1 year made the Jets think he was an actual NHL player... until he bombed down to his usual level, and was let go

That could be the exact argument for anyone calling Laine a 50 goal scorer!

Apparently Rexypoo watches all the games. He must have been seeing Lowry's ghost for the 37 games he missed that year!

Little was a solid player. Contributed offensively, won faceoffs, killed penalties. He gave 100%. Should be praised for his time here.
He didn't mesh well with King Patrik, but you can't hold that against him.

He didn’t mesh with Ehlers or Connor either. Shoot first

You're so wrong, Little had great chemistry with both Ehlers and Connor.
