I wouldn't say Babs was a complete failure, nor Lou.

Both of their jobs were to shift the franchise into the right direction, they both did that.

It's a job. Success or failure isn't determined by one individual thing... The organization went from dead last to a playoff spot under them. That's the kind of growth they were both brought in for. And then it was time for something different. 🤷‍♂️

I wouldn't say Babs was a complete failure, nor Lou.
