One player was slightly worse defensively and markedly worse offensively, but he deserves top 6 time and being on a line with Eichel or the other? Makes sense.

Okay some predictions:

Olofsson is Ales Kotalik 2.0 and will take a step back this year

Tage Thompson will still suck

Eric Staal will look old and gassed even in a shortened season

Taylor Hall and Jack Eichel have problems by game 15

Skinner keeps his head down and manages to lead the team in goals while being buried in the bottom-6
