I lived in Pittsburgh for a while.

I can't imagine the meltdown people are having there right now. It's also why I hate the Steelers so much.

I love seeing this.

Ju Ju was dancing on logos til he was stopped. Then he figuratively danced on the Browns logo when he said that they were the same old Browns.

Woof woof!

edit: full quote

“I think they’re still the same Browns that I’ve played every year,” Smith-Schuster said. “I think they’re nameless gray faces. They have a couple of good players on their team. But at the end of the day, the Browns is the Browns. It’s AFC North football. They’re a good team. I’m just happy we’re playing them again.”

The way Pittsburgh fell apart in the 4th quarter makes me nervous...like Buffalo's due for a stinker like that.

EDIT: I meant 1st quarter.

buffalo may do that due to growing pains...pittsburgh did it because they're on the decline, not so much a steep decline towards a full rebuild, but more towards a retool...and...

give the browns credit, that play-call to spring chubb to ice it was brilliant and it got the ball in the hands of a running back that is not only a beast to begin with, but the type who gets stronger as the game goes on

Ooooffff 😳

Forgot about this angle: Kareem Hunt returns to Kansas City seeking to topple the team that gave up on him.

First impression was that the Browns just played their Super Bowl...which doesn't bode well for them in KC

I doubt there's any shenanigans regarding that. The Baltimore incident yesterday was in response to what Tennessee did a month or so again. The Ravens seem every bit as focused as the Bills are.

Welp, Ralph essentially just said Skinner was going to be playing bottom6. I take back all my defenses of the man, he's over his head.

Understandable reasoning
But unless Ullmark makes a big leap forward,
it could be what costs us a playoff spot

It’s kind of weird that you always go back to goaltending for the teams failures. If I’m the GM or coach and my 9 million dollar goal scorer is defensively lacking and got out scored by a goalie in the scrimmages I’d be looking in that direction. 9 mil can buy you some serious offence and defence.

Browns running game is legit deadly by its' own accord. Add in a good passing attack under new coach and their O is a tough out. Can their D slow down Chuefs O enough...that is the question.

Someone here tried to compare Ralph Kruger's "philosophies" or "principals" to what Beane and McDermott did with the Bills. It doesn't hold water to me, at all.

When McDermott came here, he was throwing around those typical terms like "run and stop the run", "defend our turf", and all those other tough sounding cliches that make a blue collar fanbase swoon. However, he realized (if he didn't know it already and just didn't want to create unrealistic expectation) that wasn't how you win in this league anymore. He signed off on a pass-heavy team, even as early as last season, and it's more than paying dividends. Ralph isn't doing any of that. He seems set in his ways. Now, perhaps a month from now, I might admit he'll have proven me wrong, but there's nothing that indicates to me that it will happen.

Browns o line has been decimated by injuries. Baker said that he literally met the LG that finished the game that very same day

I don’t think the Browns can slow down the Chiefs defensively which is why they will ultimately lose.

They have the right formula offensively though to shorten the game and pull off the upset but they cannot afford to make any mistakes.
