Second; what, in terms of a deal, does it take to bring Pat Kane home and see him inside of a Sabres sweater.

Off topic but has anyone else here been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure - Supraventricular tachycardia?

Anyone else here dealing with this disease?

I'm looking for any good low sodium recipes.
Any good recipes would be appreciated.

I had thyroid cancer in 2016 and had to have my thyroid removed. A few years later, the cancer came back in some lymph nodes, and I had them removed last year. Leading up to the surgeries, I had to go on a low-iodine diet. My doctor told me about a low iodine/sodium diet cookbook that worked well. I had to consume basically NO iodine/sodium for 2 weeks each time, and using this cookbook did the trick :

Also, for anyone that wants to lose weight for any reason at all, try going on a diet where you can't have any salt and stick to it like your life depends on it (basically my situation). When forced to use that diet, I lost at least 10 pounds each time, and I wasn't even trying to lose weight. You have to read every food label. It's amazing when you look at them - trying to find things that don't have sodium in it. Good luck ! It's tough...basically EVERYTHING has sodium in it. So you end up making everything yourself, which is what I did using that cookbook.

How about the last year and a 1/2? Last 100 as opposed to the first 40? Obviously approximations, but , what have you done for me lately?

Also: okposo makes 6 million, should he play more, because of his salary? Last year he would have been a 1st liner?

Matt moulson should have just played "thru it" with nhl ice time equally his contract?

These examples admittedly suck, but you get the idea.

Switch from sodium chloride to potassium chloride if you need for like table salt and seasonings. I’ve dabbled in some lower sodium foods as my family has history of heart stuff. Your local store will have. Some sort of low/no sodium seasonings that still taste great and you can use in dishes you already make. Hope that helps.
