Hey 50, hope all is going well. I don't know how you are with cooking but cumin, paprika, garlic powder give nice taste to different things. I buy all fresh poultry, meat, pork and certain fresh veggies. Try a little Cauliflower with olive oil and cumin and bake it in the oven for about a hour and a half, good poop and healthy for you.

growing up in central/western ny it blew my mind the first time I played somewhere where they didn't play both anthems.
