Pittsburgh is built to win the Cup with the shortened schedule.
Any team that can dodge COVID issues should go far. - Tee56
Pittsburgh is not going to win the cup. I don't think they are even making the playoffs. Who are they going to knock off: Washington, Boston, Philly, Islanders and surging Sabres. They will need to beat 2 of those teams.

I believe the cup winner will be from North Division...Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton or Long long long shot Montreal. Either way the cup will return to Canada |

Did you power up the Buzztron to pick a Cup winner? Or did it crash when Chara signed? |

FYI, there are 56 games this year, including zero doubleheaders. |

If Crow "un-retires" in middle of this short season, could he sign with Avs or anyone else? |

The Avs may or may not win the Cup, the odds are stacked pretty heavily against any one team winning. That being said, these are their Top 8 D:
Cale Makar
Devon Toews
Sam Girard
Connor Timmins
Ryan Graves
Ian Cole
Erik Johnson
Bo Byram
I suspect the vast majority of teams in the NHL would feel pretty good about that depth in their D corps. - FoppaForever
Avs fans have no idea. Toews is #%*=ing awesome. I wouldn’t have traded that kid for two Colorado firsts. Lou definitely had a senior moment during that phone call

As an Avs fan, with this Ekful jinx in mind I say, 30 other teams could. MacKinnon, Rantanen, Gabe, Makar, EJ, Naz, Grub, even Francouz, take one of these guys away and there is little to no shot. We aren’t Tampa Bay where our #1 Franchise Guy can give us all of 2 shifts across an entire playoff run and we win it. Pump the brakes curse setters... |

The same reason why a placeholder card won the draft lottery. Sure the Avs may have the best chance to win but the combined odds of all 30 other teams is greater. |

Tampa will get Kucherov back in time for the playoffs and they will repeat as Cup champs.

Colorado gets decent goaltending no way. Tampa lost depth. D is weaker. Colorado was the better team last season. Just goaltending stinks |

How exactly was Colorado better than Tampa Bay last season? |

Toronto wouldn’t win the cup if you GAVE them wins in the first two rounds! LMFAO! Same goes for the fish sticks! - Bobd62
Rangers to win it all with the depth on D and 3rd/4th lines lol |

Good explanation on combined odds, but this could cause the Buzztron to turn on itself and implode. It's happened before. |

Of course but making a know it all squirm is just so much more fun
