You think he did some wrist curls this summer?

Porn Hub probably better than wrist curls.

I was just looking at the first goal, I think it kind of looks like RNH actually tips the puck not Hoglander. Really hard to tell, sticks colliding, not clear.

Touching an opponent that's 125 soaking wet should be allowed.

My takeaways

Hogz exceeded expectations and looked good.
Holtby was solid and will only improve with more familiarity with his Dmen.
Boeser's shot look like 2 seasons ago.

For Edmonton McD, Dr Drai and Puju stood out.
the rest of the team is weak.

I don't think I saw a bad goal scored, but you need some big saves to win games in the NHL, Holtby provided.

Juolevi had a superb game minus the giveaway. Hoglander fantastic. Holtby fantastic. Hamonic did well given he was matched against mcdavid a ton. Great pace to that game and what a game by boeser

I was hoping Edler would blow him up at the last shift there, but he just sidestepped him and was an inch away from burying that goal

I'd like to see Jake play back on the 3rd line and Zac Mac with Petey and Boeser. Jake doesn't retrieve pucks or play with possession. Not a good fit with them IMO.

Good team game tonight, boys played well. Hoglander played really really well, as did Holtby, Schmidt had a much better third period. As for the new guys.

Solid goaltending, boys looked confident, and relatively low event game by the defence. Good start without JT

Clear hook in the hands on the first goal
