Brown and Quick aren't going anywhere before their contracts are up, unless Seattle decides they want a veteran. I think Iafallo is sticking around for a few more years as well. There's no one ready to take his spot. So unless someone wants to trade for Jeff Carter (he did look real good tonight), the Kings don't have anyone available to move for futures.

Sutter was on to something with Dustin Brown. Aside from his goal (which was pure luck) he was a shift-killing turnover machine that cost the team this game. What a lazyass pass that was to no one. All game long, he bumbled the puck, made terrible passes, and hardly hit anything. He took a pass in to his skates that almost knocked him down at one point. And this wasn't "well they didn't have a preseason to work out the kinks" thing, this is mid-season form for this clutz. Do me a favor and just watch him, shift to shift, you'll see the bad puck handling, bad puck receiving, bad passing, bad shot selection, bad EVERYTHING.
