“ Motivated by the success of their hometown pro sports siblings, the Buffalo Sabres are beginning to cause a ground swell of their own.”

They’re 24th in the standings and just won their first game of the season to avoid 3 game losing streak! Bit premature this article I’m gonna say

He misspells poop on purpose so that folks comment. Think of him as a more simple James Tanner.
There is no way after 10 years (yeah I’ve wasted 10 years reading on here) that “Garths Corner” could still have the same spelling errors as 10 years ago.

I figured out a few months ago that it’s done on purpose. If you don’t comment or read his crap he gets cut by the website and has to make a new alias - now he is Mark Pino, and tries to get everyone riled up about his stupidity.
At the end of the day he’s just here to create more income for the website.
What a sad life.

I'm starting to take notice and really like the Sabres. The team looks great and I really like the new additions for various reasons. Staal, Reider, Davidson, Lazar, Eakin...all guys who play with passion.

I'm also from the Yukon so I'm naturally a Cozens fan.

Any blogger that slips in a Tragically Hip reference is a fan of man as well.

Nice work this year, the team will go far.

You criticize “lazy” players all the time and yet you think these guys play with passion and look great? They’ve won a single game so far.

(quotes are not working). I think they are very different. Tanner was obnoxious, arrogant, and insulating. He should have been dropped from this site years ago. Garth-or-Mark is just funny.

Garth, maybe "Eichelville" or "Reinhartstadt"?

Seriously, though, if the Pens don't make it out of the East (and there is a good chance they won't - they are not playing well right now) the Sabres are the team I would most want to see win it. I can't stand all the other teams in the division. It was nice seeing the Sabres spank the Flyers last night. Both the Pens and Sabres are similar at the moment though - good offense, bad defense, and suspect goaltending. The Sabres have youth while the Pens have experience, though.

Dahlin needs to be in Rochester. He is a defensive liability and plays scared and yet no one seems to notice. How was he the first overall pick? Should have taken Tkachuk.

I can do what I want, when I want, how I want to do it, with whomever I choose, wherever I want to go. Logistics, funding, privacy are not an issue. You however, are locked at home with your bad attitude and your over-indebted meager life...waiting for your silly little subordinate employ to somehow be deemed essential (it won't be). Stay home stay safe.

Choose a different dog.
