You have a road that is not used that often ...it’s in decent shape but could use repairs ...do you fix the road hoping traffic will suddenly increase for the first time in years ...or do you spend the money on turning your busiest road from a 1 lane to a 2 lane ?

I'll say this.... at least Todd doesn't blow smoke up our ass like some of the bloggers on HB. I take Todd for what he is, an analytics lover who writes a blog for us but he does not truly love or follow the team like we do.
