Not to parrot Errey, but that's why you just get pucks on net. Too often the Pens are looking for that perfect play. Get pucks on the net and get dirty. - Rinosaur
Absolutely, shooting opens up the pretty pass plays as well. |

Every puck that touch’s Malkin is a turnover. It’s insane how bad he is playing. |

Yes it is, he may be able to handle the third pair. Trade Matheson. |

Aside from Ceci's gaff, he's honestly not been bad. He hasn't been great or anything, but I honestly think he's been ok. Marino just looks lost on his off-side and that's hurting that pair.
I think you need to put POJ with Marino. - Rinosaur
Agree on all counts. I don't think Ceci has been terrible, but bottom pair.
If Pettersson is out long enough, I could see this happening. Might be hard to take POJ out if they ever get healthy. |

Yea I've watched a couple of their games not against the Pens and it's not exactly clicking. MacKinnon was a slower starter to. |

Yeah... It's funny. Before McCaan scored there, I made a mental note that Tanev didn't let that guy breath. A lot of players would have done the fly by. Tanev took him hard into the wall. That's why I think Tanev would be a good "occasional" top line player. - madmike71
This. Crosby could use a grinder on his line. When's the last time he had one? |

He just turned 19. Don't worry, he'll be lighting up the league very soon. |

Kakko still isn't that noticable either yet. Miller looks like he'll fill one of those LD spots for a long time though, been impressed with him. |

Matheson is untradeable. He was also untradeable before JR had the great idea to trade for him. |

I don't know that I completely agree. I thought Kakko looked very good against us last game. I do agree on Miller though. Big mother(frank)er and is a very smooth skater. |
