I'm as big a Mtl fan as you can find and I don't comment very often on any of the articles on this site but I have to say a few things tonight.
First, Carey Price has been very underwhelming this season, only games where he has been sharp and tracking the puck well have been the Edm game and the Cgy game that he lost the shutout late. All the others he just has looked off, scrambly and losing his net. He needs to get his head on straight because it is only a matter of days before the Mtl media creates a goalie controversy.
Second, I'm so tired of Claude Julien. I don't think they will ever win with him behind the bench. When KK got that headshot from Dube and the only penalty went to Weber Julien should eat been screaming at the refs and gotten himself kicked out. Just sitting back and never having a reaction to the refs or the team is infuriating. Show the fans that you are as upset as they are. He needs to go! Especially when Gerard Gallant is out there waiting for a job.
I'm incredibly fed up with the games that they lose to the garbage teams. This falls on the coach. He needs to do something to get this team ready. You never see elite teams and elite coaches lose games like this. Loss tonight says a lot.

Price has defintiely fallen off a cliff compared to how he was playing when he won all of the trophies. I don't really understand the Julien hate. He's gotten them a good record so far, tonight the players didn't execute at all.

I think we're all in agreement. He got paid for what he did, not what he's doing now. From a sentimental side I loved the performance he put up, he was unquestionably the best goalie in the league at his peak, but he's never been the same since his injuries unfortunately, and is overpaid by probably at least 3 times for what he brings now.

Si bien que Julien a admis avoir revu un peu la chimie qu’ils ont démontré dans le passé. Gallagher a rapidement donné l’avance au CH en bondissant devant le filet sur un retour de tir de Tatar et l’équipe a semblé dès lors en bonne voie d’éviter le piège.

You see elite teams get upset by bottom feeders all the time... and you say you dont post often? So you completely ignore a 7-1-2 start and the first dud they play and you're all over them? Some fan you are! GO HABS!!

no doubt Price as to step his game up. 34th in the league for SV% is simply unacceptable. 11 games in, time to wake up Carey! and go with Allen for Saturday please (he's 7th in the league for SV% btw).
maybe remove Romanov from the PP unit. unless he can make a pass on the tape and not in the skates.
kk needs to shoot faster, not wait 1 sec or two. that gives time to the goalie to get in place or to the dman to block the shot. quick release, work on it.
