Hall is an MVP winner
Hutton should be in the AHL

There’s no comparison

- jdfitz77

I can’t argue that. MVP. Wow. He can live off that one for the rest of the year then sign a 8 year 64 mil contract and sit beside Skinner in the press box.
Seriously he’s been garbage for the money and he owes this team more than he’s shown

Could we be jinxed?

Brought on by losing on purpose for eichel?

If there were hockey Gods, this would be a mortal sin I imagine?

Seems like the Buffalo Bill's broke the flutie curse by bringing him back as a 12th man ex player flag waver?

Toronto tanked with dignity. So maybe

I just had a thought. The Buffalo Sabres are the Detroit Lions of the NHL. That thought makes me sad.

Yep.

And just like Stafford, Eichel will want out too

I'm pretty sure we are both eichel fan's, as most Sabres fans should be.

Did you miss him tonight?

3 x 3 ot for sure. Sabres missed him.

It’s not just him though
ALL of our best “scorers” are struggling
Obviously our coach has us playing a system that suffocates offense- OUR offense
Hall isn’t the only one not producing on the scoreboard

And Hutton is AHL material at this point

Maybe eichel gets traded to LA for a qb and (2) 1st round picks?

Or another center (byfield) and (2) 1sts? 🤔

Of course. Think he’s been playing semi hurt all year. Think Hischier fell on his leg last game that’s why he sat. Looked to be mighty uncomfortable that night

As soon as I heard Eichel was out my first thought was this is a perfect opportunity for Hall to step up and show he could be the leader of this team. He failed the test. Unless he starts to show he’s still has MVP quality play in him I wouldn’t sign him to anything more than 1 year.

I'm so torn on eichel being injured or eichel strongly wanting to be traded the past 2 off seasons.

And not being accommodated.

Imagine the conversations with ror and bogo about winning the cup ect. How great st Louis is, tampa and Toronto.

Could be a combo of both. Body and feelings hurt. 🤔

Gmtm was tanking really hard for tkachuk. We just got unlucky and won a few games. He was picked just a few picks before our pick, if I remember correctly?

*disclosure- tkachuk is a facepuncher.
Guy that sit's when peeing isn't gonna like this discussion at all.

He’s also a damn good player. I care way more about this then face punching, or physical play. Definitely helps, don’t get me wrong, but he’s a solid fun player to watch

Ok. I disagree, but at least i see where you’re coming from here.
Just don’t go comparing him to Hutton

Hall was really good in the 1st btw

And Ralph is clearly stifling the offense.
He’s gotta let these guys “attack” more

What did he do?!?!
I’d take Tkachuk in a freaking heartbeat!
He’s exactly what this teams needs!!!
