He scored 30 in Carolina

I just think he wants to be in the top 6 (where he belongs)

Clearly Hall and Eichel didn't work together why not run it:

Skinner Eichel Reinhart
Hall Staal Cozens

and keep playing Olofsson on the 1st PP unit?

Sometimes the best solution is the easiest one

I've wanted this all season but Ralph is inept.

I appreciate your point of view.

Pegula's bought the team and kept the longest tenured steady pairing in management positions. Added $ and it didnt work out.
0 fault.

This is when it went bad. Pegula's followed the proven pens double high pick center = Stanley cup formula

They whiff on drysatlyl, and get pouty boston boy instead of McDavid.

Who's making the ror trade? 1st one, tmgm
Ek9 too.
Pegula's aren't calling gms

Bad contracts and bad prospects probably make buffalo a bad spot for good management.

And so on

- Boss34

The Pegulas gave Murray the push to speed up the rebuild process.

He failed obviously and wasn't good at drafting so who knows who they would have taken had they not done the Lehner and Kane trade, but that was where the train really fell off the track.

The 1st ROR trade wasn't bad at all but the rush to rebuild the team messed it up. They should have waiting one more year

I got nothing.

Anyone on here have secondary teams you watch or (secretly) pull for? Asking for a friend...

Wild do to proximity, and them not being in the East. Used to be the Blues until they decided to completely screw Buffalo forever. Now (frank) em.

Jeff Skinner's answer when asked if he would prefer to be elsewhere: "No. I love being a Sabre. I love the city of Buffalo. I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here if that wasn’t the case. That answer is simple: no."

At least he is being professional about it

Sabres said no to Johnson over the summer. Calgary didn't want Mitts. Sabres tried to get him over the summer, but 1 player wouldn't wave his NMC and then the Sabres said no to Johnson at that time.

Those kind of moves start by giving up a player you really don't want to give up.

Understand that, and wasn't trying to come of as a Richard. And things are different know, this was all talked about before Hall signed here.

Innocent till proven guilty, Hilarious you are so quick to judge a guy when he's down. He's been committed to this team from the start. I see no reason to bash him, he's not the problem.

The pegula's were in for the hurried rebuild, absolutely.
The inner fan probably pushed rational thought.

The sped up rebuild wasnt knee jerk, it was the plan.

They missed because, teams are build from within, not buying okposo's.....

Sucks that were still being punished for the gm prior to the last gm. Okposo might outlast 4 gms 😀

Interesting little giggle or smurk Skinner gave when Bove asked him if Him and Krueger see eye to eye. What answer do they think there gonna get. Skinner, well I think he’s a Asshat and we aren't playing in the 1970's anymore.

Thats fair, I feel the need to hold him somewhat accountable. More so with his attitude and non leadership qualities than his play on the ice.

And now his play on the ice or Injury

I know Ill get butchered for this, and the last thing I am is a homer but, there is some good.

1. We have an answer on both goalies. Huttons horrible, find an option. Ullmark can actually be a #1. Hes shown it. He's not a top 5 goalie in the league but he absolutely is capable of playing #1 on a winning / playoff team.

2. Dahlin is starting to look every bit as advertised. Hes never going to be Larry Robinson, but hes quarterbacking the #1 power play in the league and you can see his confidence building. How many fights did Lidstrom have?

3. Ive always been pro Reinhart. The guy has developed into a lock first liner. I always felt that his biggest barrier was growing into a mans body, now that it has happened, hes a VERY good player.

4. "when you stop getting chances, its time to worry". Hall will be fine. Look at that pass to 23 last night.

5. Cozens is a legit NHL player and 37 isnt finished just yet.

Its coming.

The fan boy was enthralled with Lindy and that longest tenured duo because of the past success. The business man, should have hired an outside consultant just to get another set of eyes on what was happening.

And then the fan boy hires a past player who held a president title for exactly 6 weeks and abruptly quit. They allow him to hire a gm, heads are promptly butted, peepees are promptly whacked.... the president quits and tmgm smokes, drinks and tanks his way to Jack. Because putting all the eggs in lotto balls made sense at the time. And didn’t the nhl change the percentage of those balls that year?!?

And now we rinse and repeat with the same unproven, unsuccessful crap in upper management and it just filters down.

I do politely disagree, this is 100% pegs fault for leaning so hard into his fandom and not letting any rash business acumen in.

they did change the percentages in the lottery that year. last minute as well. the combination that won it for the Oilers would have been ours if they hadnt done that. I will forever be butt hurt about it too. the best player I've ever seen is not on my team because of (frank)ery. (frank).
