Eichel has that ability to dominate and create when he is on his game, either he doesn't care or is taken out of the game completely by the other team as they know that once eichel is controlled there isn't a big threat elsewhere

Eichel has the ability to have more that 1 even strength goal or point at this stage......no matter the coach

Your coach has your team flying around the ice my coach has our team playing franking soccer. Trust me pal, its the coach, you get someone in there that puts a real hockey system in place, has a real voice in the locker room to get his guys going, play players to there strengths and not be benching them cause you don't like there style of play. Yes Eichel has the ability but does he have the drive right now? Clearly not whether hes injured or because he realizes hes defended a coach that has no idea what hes doing is beyond me right now but ill take the ladder.

have you ever worked for a guy that hasn't a clue as to what he's doing?...after you figure it out, the passion, trust and enthusiasm fade to apathy

This season is an utter disaster. Somehow, Detroit is still worse, but I'd prefer their team over ours. They have a future over there in Detroit. We're just awful in every aspect ... from ownership, coach, GM, and players - hell, our freakin' rink even sucks ! All of it, just awful.

I don't see us being good ever again. Basically, it's hopeless at this point. Not even kidding or exaggerating. There is zero hope.

We need a real coach first. A real front office to make changes and our owner needs to stay away from the rink. Bring in someone that knows hockey except don't push them away with your stupidty this time.
